LAX and be happy!

We are a co-ed program coaching youth 3-7 with a unique and fun curriculum sure to engage even our youngest athletes. Our goal is to expose children to the game of Lacrosse, while supporting and understanding their individualized needs.

Lacrosse is a complex sport that needs to be introduced in an entry level, age appropriate & very motivating environment. We are proud to be providing a curriculum developed from years of Lacrosse youth coaching as well as criteria from US Lacrosse.

Your child will be having so much fun, they won’t even realize the skillset they are developing each week. Cradling, grip, scooping, running with the stick and ball, intro to passing/catching and even defense is covered.

Clinics will be run on the athletic fields located at Renbrook School in West Hartford.
